We love getting our online orders quickly and can be pretty sure you feel the same. At FABY USA we work to get your order out to you as soon as possible. All orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours if orders are placed Monday-Friday.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently only ground ship within the continental USA. For those of you that live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, at this time, we do not ship to you because the items are considered Restricted Hazardous Items. Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
We do not ship internationally but FABY Nail products are sold worldwide.
SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIME
For orders up to $49.99, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95. Orders of $50 or more ship free!
It takes 24-48 hours to process your order if your order is placed Monday - Friday before 8 a.m. EST. Once processed, orders should arrive in 5 - 7 days.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses due to the Restricted Hazardous Items we sell.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on FABYUSA.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. You may also call FABY USA at 1-877-898-0055 to track your order.
Sales tax will be applied to any order that has a billing address in the state of Maryland.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as Paypal.
We get it, you bought an item that you’d like to return.
Here’s our process. If your items are unopened and unused, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt minus the shipping cost. You must contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to sending anything back. We reserve the right, upon inspection of the return, to deny a refund if the above criteria have not been met. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We do not offer free return shipping at this time. We urge you to utilize a shipping method that you can track. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, you will be issued a refund. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. We can only accept returns on orders placed directly through the FABY USA website.
Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange.
The entire refund process takes between 3 to 7 business days following the receipt of the goods. If we have any questions or concerns with your request or items we will contact you by email.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To request a return for a refund or store credit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within 2 business days with your RA instructions.
Your email should include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your order number
- Items to return & reason
- Be sure to write the RA number you receive from us on the box.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU'VE RECEIVED AN RA NUMBER FROM US!
We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit and we would hate for anything to happen to your item(s) during its journey back to our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return items carefully.
